Innovative Builders, Erectors & Developers, a commercial construction firm, has an opening for the position of Project Manager/Estimator.  Major functions include technical work performing project estimating, project management and other functions associated with commercial construction.    Competitive wages and benefits offered.

The ideal candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of commercial construction estimating and project management practices and procedures.  Experience with MS Project or equivalent software with proficiency in Word, Excel and a general understanding of IT functions. The Project Manager/Estimator will also have excellent communication and human relations abilities, the ability to organize, coordinate and direct projects and have strong oral and written communication skills.
