The Construction Project Manager will oversee construction projects from start to finish, working closely with Owners, Engineers and our internal teams. Providing leadership and direction to achieve the project vision on time and under budget.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As a project construction manager, your duties include planning and supervising a variety of construction projects. You are responsible for overseeing the scheduling of contractors, employees, and material shipments. You organize budgets, timelines, and consult with architects and engineers to ensure the project complies with all building codes and State/Federal regulations. You interact directly with the client, engineers, vendors, and other contractors to ensure project expectations and requirements are met or exceed specifications. You are encouraged to recommend and develop ways to strengthen and enhance the organization, direct the work of others and ensures customer focus throughout the project's entirety. You will learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/provincial and federal/national consensus codes and standards, statues and guidelines. You are expected to represent our organization in a positive and proactive manner, responding to concerns in a thorough and timely manner.
Qualifications:
Must exhibit a high degree of integrity, carry a positive attitude, have a willingness to add their expertise to many areas of the organization and maintain a strong work ethic. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Five (5) years of experience with field construction or project management; Three (3) years of experience having direct interaction with on-site clients, sourcing & managing qualified resources throughout pre-construction, construction and post-construction. Demonstrated excellence in customer focus and quality commitment. Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite and other business software applications; scheduling software, experience with SAGE100 Construction Management software a plus.

Compensation: $85,000 to $120,000 per year to start.
Location: Englewood, CO with some travel to various job sites
