Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year

Job Details
** MUST HAVE - SCIF, behavioral or advanced tech experience **
- Provides leadership and guidance to the construction team and assumes overall responsibility for the successful completion of assigned projects within allotted time and budget.
- Additional duties include cost forecasting, owner change order preparation and negotiation and owner/subcontractor management.
- A minimum of ten (10) years of general commercial construction experience that includes large scale projects ranging from $40 million to $100 million in market sectors of K-12, Higher Ed, Healthcare and general commercial construction.
