Job DetailsAs a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of construction methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and close projects while ensuring they meet all quality, safety, and budgetary requirements
- Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients
- Oversee bid processes and contract negotiations
- Resolve conflicts between stakeholders and address construction problem areas
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and local codes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
