Job Details
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of project delivery, from pre-construction to closeout
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality control measures
- Lead and coordinate project teams, including subcontractors and vendors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Participate in business development initiatives and estimating processes
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in commercial, multifamily, and retail construction projects1
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of building codes, contract law, and construction methodologies
- PMP certification preferred
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
