Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This is a position that offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of commercial projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project execution, from initial planning to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget. You will have the chance to work with a diverse team of professionals, using state-of-the-art tools and techniques, such as AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and other project management software.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage commercial projects from inception to completion.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
3. Use industry-standard project management and construction management tools, including AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM, to design, plan, and implement projects.
4. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
5. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
6. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
7. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
8. Report and escalate to management as needed.
9. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
10. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
11. Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
2. Proven working experience of 5+ years in project management in the Mortgage industry.
3. Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM.
4. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
5. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
6. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
7. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
8. Experience in contract management and negotiation.
9. Ability to work well under pressure, meeting multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines.
10. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
11. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
