Customer Support Engineer for CARE. Highly skilled CS Core engineer with strong/excellent experience on Implementation, Integration, Acceptance Tests, O&M, Care and emergency handling for Nokia Telecommunication Products (HW, SW upgrades and retrofits). Requiring a solid experience with Nokia Equipment, and specially with MSS/MGW SW upgrades on ATCA HW (to MSS17 and MGW16.5).
