Construction Project Manager - Commercial GC - Base Salary to 140k/year - Coppell, TX

• Our client is seeking a Construction Project Manager with 8+ years of experience. Commercial and/or industrial construction handling projects cost from $10m to $40m + experience is required to be successful in this position. The Construction Project Manager will support the building side of the business, where we handle a wide range of projects, including warehouses, factories, manufacturing facilities, logistics/trucking centers, office spaces, auto dealerships, aviation hangars, higher education institutions, parking structures, self-storage facilities, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans and schedules
• Monitor progress and adjust as needed
• Create and oversee project budgets
• Control costs and manage financial risks
• Act as the primary client contact
• Lead project teams and ensure clear communication
• Enforce quality standards and manage risks
• Monitor safety practices and compliance
• Maintain project records
• Manage procurement and supply chain

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience working for a commercial GC
• Must have experience working on commercial project values of $5mm - $30mm+
• High School Diploma or higher (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
• Ability to read and understand construction documents including project plans, specifications, and shop drawings
• Clear understanding of the documentation and processes between the owner, architect, and contractor
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Procore, and other construction-related software

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 120k – 140k/year range
