Job Details
Job Description:
- Oversee and manage glazing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality glazing solutions that meet project requirements.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address concerns, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in the glazing industry.
- Strong knowledge of glazing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure.
