Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager in construction; historic building restoration experience is a plus.
• Oversee pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases, managing documentation and budgets.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Procore, Sharefile, and Smartsheet required.
• Manage diverse projects ranging from $200,000 to $10 million, including civic buildings, theaters, sacred spaces, and historical restorations.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and consultants while leading diverse project teams.
• Plan and forecast labor, materials, and equipment to maintain project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manage progress meetings.
• Resolve construction challenges, monitor progress, and maintain project schedules.

Salary: $70,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
