Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: Charleston, SC

Pay: $150k - $200k + bonus

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Develop and oversee project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial objectives are achieved
• Implement and uphold quality control measures, conduct inspections, and address any issues
• Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies to address project challenges
• Work closely with construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors, providing leadership and guidance to ensure project success
• Maintain accurate project documentation, prepare regular progress reports, and communicate project status to all stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred
• Ten (10) + years' experience as a Commercial Project Manager
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
• Familiarity with industry regulations and building codes
