Job Details
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience managing commercial interior buildout projects
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred
- Strong project management skills, including developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
- Experience with project management software like Microsoft Project, Primavera, Timberline, etc...
Day-to-day:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, from pre-construction planning to final closeout for commercial interior buildout projects
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met.
- Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices.
- Manage project teams, including subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders, to ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, including safety risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other project-related documents.
