About the Job
**We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at a reputable client in the Construction industry. **
Our client is a well-established company with a strong track record of success in delivering high-quality construction projects. They are looking for a results-oriented professional to oversee all aspects of the construction process, from planning and scheduling to budget management and quality control.
Responsibilities :

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement construction plans.

Create and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.

Develop and manage project budgets, identifying and mitigating potential cost overruns.

Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.

Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and construction crews.

Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and safety regulations.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control standards are met.

Prepare and deliver progress reports to project stakeholders.

Identify and resolve project issues proactively.

Manage project risks and develop contingency plans.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.

Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).

A valid driver's license.
