Construction / Project Manager 1 - Sodexo

Role Overview:

Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager with 5 years of experience? Sodexo is proud to partner with Keiser University's Flagship Campus in beautiful West Palm Beach, FL. in the construction of two large buildings. We need an experienced Construction Project Manager 1-Superintendent to manage the large-scale projects in synch with the university schedule. Our Hands-On Leader will be the boots on the ground, managing day to day construction and partner with our Construction Manager 2 on all projects assisting with developing assignments, timetables and responsibilities for vendors for the duration of the Ground Up Build out. Expertise in construction management software similar to Procore is required. This role will LEAD the construction of TWO 5 story buildings, one residential and one academic with laboratories on campus.

What You'll Do:

What You Bring:

• Expertise in construction management software similar to Procore is required
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Design or Engineering is preferred and experience Budgeting, Estimating and Scheduling Construction Projects is required
• Experience managing renovation and new construction projects up to $30M in value
• Experience with interior design and furnishing selections is preferred
• Procore or similar construction management software expertise
• Ensure subcontractors understand expectations of the projects 
• Negotiate, prepare and issues subcontracts
