Job Details
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
- Coordinate with architects, designers, owners, and field personnel to ensure project alignment
- Generate and manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and submittals
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Monitor and track project quality control metrics, providing timely and accurate reports
- Assist in bid analysis, constructability reviews, and permit processing
- Support the Project Manager in various tasks and decision-making processes
- Maintain thorough documentation of project activities, including plans, designs, and updates
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in multifamily construction projects
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam
- Strong communication skills for interacting with vendors, designers, and clients
- Knowledge of building codes and construction standards
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities
