Job Details

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2-5 years of experience in construction or project engineering roles.
Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or equivalent tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and OSHA safety regulations.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively between various project stakeholders.
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction projects.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Review project drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with design standards and client requirements.
Support the procurement process by managing material orders and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors.
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide updates to project managers and stakeholders.
Conduct onsite inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols.
Collaborate with field teams to resolve issues and implement project modifications as needed.
Maintain accurate records of project activities and expenditures.
Participate in project meetings, providing technical input and status updates.
