Diligently maintain Construction Documents at the jobsite. Conduct construction estimating and cost analysis. Track equipment rentals onsite, schedule pick-up, service or new equipment. Minor Quantity take-off and cost estimating. Take photos and measurements of the the existing construction for use in daily reports, RFI’s and Submittals. Draft RFI’s for review. Review Subcontractors work for quality and adherence to the Construction Documents. Take onsite meeting minutes, call subcontractors and assist superintendents on the day to day schedule. Collaborate with project managers and architects to develop project plans and timelines. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations. Review and interpret schematics, blueprints, and other technical documents. Conduct site visits to inspect work progress and address any issues or concerns. Utilize project management software to track project milestones and communicate updates.
