Our Project Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Field Operations Team and Project Manager by performing clerical and reporting tasks.

• Assist in preparing proposals for additional/extra work
• Produce controller charts for superintendents prior to final client inspections
• Manage and maintain extra work/change order logs to ensure that each is submitted and billed timely and appropriately
• Mange and maintain monthly billing submittals and corresponding logs
• Print or request new/updated construction plans for field use
• Order site furnishings for the field after returned approval submittals.

Are you the right fit for this role? Skills & experience that are necessary as an Construction Project Coordinator will include, but not limited to:

• High school diploma, or at least 1 year of related experience and/or training
• Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent tasks and projects
• Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
