Our Project Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Field Operations Team and Project Manager by performing clerical and reporting tasks.
- Assist in preparing proposals for additional/extra work
- Produce controller charts for superintendents prior to final client inspections
- Manage and maintain extra work/change order logs to ensure that each is submitted and billed timely and appropriately
- Mange and maintain monthly billing submittals and corresponding logs
- Print or request new/updated construction plans for field use
- Order site furnishings for the field after returned approval submittals.
Are you the right fit for this role? Skills & experience that are necessary as an Construction Project Coordinator will include, but not limited to:
- High school diploma, or at least 1 year of related experience and/or training
- Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent tasks and projects
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
