As a Permanent Construction Project Coordinator, you will be a part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment where your skills and expertise in construction will be put to the test. This role will allow you to be hands-on with various construction projects, managing them from inception through to completion. You will be involved in a wide range of tasks, including overseeing drywall installations, acoustical ceilings, metal framing, carpentry, plastering, and spray foam applications. This role demands a high level of commitment, dedication, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and assist construction projects from conception to completion.
2. Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
3. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
4. Review the work progress on a daily basis.
5. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
6. Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
7. Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
8. Ensure that all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met.
9. Conduct regular meetings with project stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns or issues.
10. Manage project budget, including the procurement of materials and labor.
11. Provide strategic planning and problem-solving on all projects.
