What the job involves:
As a Project Coordinator at JLL, you will bedirectly responsiblefor supporting a construction project management team to deliver challenging projectsfor a financial services client. Being forward thinking and consistentlydemonstratinginitiative to adoptnew technologiesand contribute to efficient processes is key to the impact you will have in this role. Your interest in construction projects from start to finish will speak to your ability to support your team in delivering interesting and industry changing projects.

As aConstructionProject Coordinatorat JLL, you will:
Facilitate effective communication between team members,project stakeholdersandvendors, ensuring all parties are informed of project updates andchanges.
Maintain project documentation, including requirements, reports, and progress updates, ensuring all documents areaccurate, organized, and easilyaccessible.
Ensure adherence to vendor agreements as it relates to fees andprocess.
Review and processing of project budgets, vendor proposals/bids, change orders, and invoices within financialsystem.
Assistvendor and client with questionsand trackingon Purchase Orders, ChangeOrdersand Invoicing.
Identifyprocess improvements and best practices to enhance project delivery and operations, contributing to increased efficiency andeffectiveness.
Collaborate with theoperations to create presentations/trainings, playbooks,guides,and other project deliverables,leveragingproject management technology and tools asrequired.
Education, Skills,andExperience
Bachelor’s degree in,Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred
0 – 2 years practical experience
Previousaccounting, construction, or real estate support experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent customer service and presentation abilities.
Ability to think and work independently,demonstrateinitiative, and collaborate effectively with multiple individuals on various projects to meet assigned deadlines.
Proficiencywith Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Teams and Zoom.
Interestin the commercial real estate industry, property management, and gaining broad experience in various aspects of Commercial Real Estate.
Detail-oriented, organized, and creative mindset, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.

Estimated total compensation for this position:
