About the Job

Kforce's client is looking for a Project Coordinator onsite in Austin, Texas (TX). The candidate must be willing to travel to Fremont, CA monthly. Summary: This role will be supporting the Construction Engineering team. You should have a good grasp of forecasting and project management tools such as Jira and MS Project. Duties Include:

Converting projects into proper project management tools
Working with construction teams mainly MEP
Supporting roughly 5-10 people
PC willing to put the time to sustain the project files
Cover logistics, shipments, and coordination of that source
Maintaining the documents and document structure

Requirements:

General construction PC - Experience with MEP
+CSA is helpful
Industry background - Manufacturing/Industrial
At least one project management software
MS projects and/or JIRA; Religiously using and sustaining it
Experience and ability to coordinate with Construction managers, project managers, engineers

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
