Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly site visits to monitor construction progress
- Prepare and submit weekly field reports
- Attend OAC meetings
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and company headquarters
- Review and respond to RFIs and shop drawings
- Approve pay requests and process change orders
- Coordinate with design staff and contractors to resolve field issues
- Conduct punch list observations and write letters of substantial completion
- Collect close-out documents and assist the owner with warranty items
- 3-5 years of commercial construction inspection/management experience
- B.S. in construction management, architecture, or a combination of higher education and related work experience
- Fundamental understanding of engineering systems/approaches and construction processes
- Detail-oriented and customer service-driven
Additional Information:
- Flexible start time between 6:30--9:00 AM, 8-hour days
- Local candidates only; no relocation or sponsorship available
- Salary: $57k--$65k base, with total compensation in the $80s--$90s (including stock options and bonus) + full benefits
