Construction Project Administrator - Blueprint Hires

A general contracting company is seeking a Project Administrator to help them manage multiple priorities for construction projects ranging from $200k to $10M at their Hayward, CA, office.

Your Day Includes

• Coordinate acceptance of contracts and set up job folders

• Administer subcontractor pre-qualification process

• Coordinate permit acquisition and relay billing to AR

• Assist in assembling bid packages and preparation of contracts and subcontracts

• Maintain job files and enter/gather field paperwork/correspondences

Must Haves

• Previous work experience in a construction company and GC required

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Proficiency in MS Office and Foundation software preferred
