As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production department of technicians. The technicians are responsible for eliminating property damage that was caused by water or mold. The right candidate for this position will be reliable, customer-focused, and have a great work ethic. The candidate should be a responsible team-oriented leader that is able to utilize their knowledge to provide training and promote development.

Responsibilities:
- Motivating, supporting, and providing guidance to production staff
- Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality.
- Assuring mitigation jobs are completed in a timely and professional manner, supporting the department 24/7
- Following up that projects are completed in an established timeframe and meet the customer’s satisfaction.
- Hiring Staff, interviewing, and meeting candidates.
- Working diligently with Managers in a team setting.
- Supporting dispatch throughout the course of the week.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers, etc.)
- Determine the number of necessary resources-Inventory Control
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university/college or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in management required.
- Previous management experience in the Disaster Mitigation and Restoration industry a plus
- Knowledge of financial analysis and interpretation required.
- Previous construction management experience is highly preferred.
- Prior experience in mentoring and developing management-level staff is required, as is experience leading 50+ person staff of managers and hourly employees
- A high degree of integrity and business maturity
- Bilingual Preferred
- Demonstrated time management skills, resulting in the ability to manage multiple lines of business and prioritize time and resources accordingly.
- Ideal candidates will possess a high energy level that is communicated to the team they will lead.
- Demonstrate proven success in interfacing with a variety of organizational functions and considerable negotiation skills are also needed to drive results.
- The ability to manage in a diverse environment with a focus on client and customer services is a key success measure.
- Highly developed interpersonal, analytical, and communication (written and verbal) skills and experience are essential for success in this role.
- Candidates must possess a demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to lead directly and through influence.
