Primary responsibilities of the job include:

Establish and oversee business in new market, including business development
Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders
Develop project scopes and objectives, manage resources and risks
Craft and execute policies
Excellent written and oral communication skills





A successful candidate will possess the following:

A 4-year degree in construction management or equivalent
Must have business development experience
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Must have integrity





Salary Range: $140-200K
