Primary responsibilities of the job include:

• Establish and oversee business in new market, including business development
• Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders
• Develop project scopes and objectives, manage resources and risks
• Craft and execute policies
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

A successful candidate will possess the following:

• A 4-year degree in construction management or equivalent
• Must have business development experience
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Must have integrity

Salary Range: $140-200K
