Construction Manager - Davron LLC

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Manager position include:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on commercial and government projects.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, including ground-up and comprehensive renovations.
• Experience managing construction budgets ranging from $5M to $15M or higher.
• Familiarity with IDIQ contracts and working with municipalities.
• Leadership skills to oversee and grow into a Head of Construction role within three years, managing a team of construction managers.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage subcontractors and multi-trade teams effectively.
• Hands-on approach to project management while representing the firm as an executive leader.
• Knowledge of construction technology as the company implements more advanced systems.

Salary: $100,000 - $145,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus annual performance bonuses.
