We're actively looking to add numerous experienced Construction Manager's to our team to oversee our projects located throughout Hall, Rockdale, & DeKalb counties!

Job Details / Responsibilities:
As a Construction Manager, your primary duties will include:
1. Overseeing all stages of project life cycle management, including project planning, design, construction, occupancy, quality control,
and budget management.
2. Coordinating and directing field staff and subcontractors, ensuring they complete all tasks according to the project plan.
3. Ensuring all construction projects are completed on schedule and within budget, while meeting all regulatory requirements.
4. Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
5. Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
6. Negotiating terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.
7. Analyzing, managing, and mitigating risks to ensure all safety regulations are met.
8. Providing regular updates to the senior management team on the progress of construction projects, including any significant issues or changes in project scope, schedule, or budget.
9. Ensuring quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
The ideal candidate for the Construction Manager position must have:
1. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction management, with a focus on single-family residential projects, including
subdivisions & townhome communities.
2. A Bachelor’s degree in construction management is a plus but not required.
3. Proven experience in project management and staff supervision.
4. Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
5. An in-depth understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
6. Excellent knowledge of relevant rules, regulations, quality standards, and safety codes in the construction industry.
7. Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
9. Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software.
