Join us. **Job Description** AECOM is currently pursuing an experienced **Construction Project Manager** to support various projects located within the New York, NY area. + Provides guidance to employees within the latitude of established policies + Establishes procedures that affect immediate organization + Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including understanding of current business trends + Acts as advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems + May have budget responsibilities + Erroneous decision or failure to achieve results adds to costs and may impact short-term goals of organization + Oversees the administration of projects during the construction cycle including technical, financial, and client satisfaction + Accountable for the development, coordination, and execution of the planning, design and/or construction management activities and personnel under individual's direction on a day-to-day **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements :** + Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering with 8 years of management experience in a related role or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education + Transit and Transportation Experience **Preferred Qualifications :** + NY NJ Metro Agency Experience + 10+ years of related experience + Experience with and knowledge of New York City DOT procedures and practices **Additional Information** Sponsorship is not available for this position. Relocation is not available for this position. \#LI-SG1 Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.
