- Communication Proficiency:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate across different levels (internal and external)
- Skilled in resolving conflicts, keeping projects on track, and presenting ideas/proposals
- Extensive knowledge of fiber network construction and related products
- High proficiency in fiber testing methods and tools
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and products quickly
- Quick to adopt new processes and contribute to process improvement
- Above-average proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office suite applications
- High integrity, self-driven, and independent while also a solid team player
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Experience with fibre network construction projects, FTTH.
- Experience/Knowledge of Fiber testing tools.
- Experience in handling Multi Dwelling Units (MDU) projects
- Bachelor's degree preferred, 2 years of related college education is a must
