2. Project Management: Highly competent in managing multiple complex construction projects at different stages
3. People/Vendor Management: Excellent skills in managing people and vendors
4. Communication Proficiency:
   1. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
   2. Ability to effectively communicate across different levels (internal and external)
   3. Skilled in resolving conflicts, keeping projects on track, and presenting ideas/proposals
5. Extensive knowledge of fiber network construction and related products
6. High proficiency in fiber testing methods and tools
7. Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and products quickly
8. Quick to adopt new processes and contribute to process improvement
9. Above-average proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office suite applications
10. High integrity, self-driven, and independent while also a solid team player

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of relevant experience
2. 2+ years of leadership experience
3. Experience with fibre network construction projects, FTTH.
4. Experience/Knowledge of Fiber testing tools.
5. Experience in handling Multi Dwelling Units (MDU) projects
6. Bachelor's degree preferred, 2 years of related college education is a must
