Anser is looking for a Construction Manager/Inspector to field manage, oversee and coordinate all facets of the construction phase of a project including mobilization, construction, and closeout. Manage the firm's day-to-day construction oversight efforts on major contracts. Supervises contractors and subcontractors to ensure performance, schedule, overall construction compliance meets safety regulations, quality standards and adheres to specifications.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Pump station construction
- Odor control facility construction
- Tunnel construction (preference for wastewater or CSO tunnels)
- Large diameter tunnel construction – tunneling boring machine (TBM) or conventional tunnel excavation (drill and blast)
- Microtunneling or other trenchless tunneling methods
- Pre-excavation probing and grouting
- Tunnel shaft construction
- Mined adit connections
- Hydraulic diversion structure construction
- Live sewer diversion work
- Mechanical, electrical and control systems installation and testing
Minimum Requirements
- Registered professional engineer and/or CCM certification
- member of professional engineering organization such as ASCE, NSPE, SAME, IBTTA, UCE/SME, or AITES is a plus
