Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction Manager to join our team in Tampa, FL. This role requires a professional who is open to traveling up to 50% of the time around the East Coast. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, with a preference for experience in healthcare projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors and other construction professionals.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction management.
• Proven experience with healthcare construction projects is preferred.
• Strong background working with a General Contractor (GC) or as an Owner's Representative.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time around the East Coast.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
