Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and direct all aspects of your projects from inception to completion ensuring compliance with customer objectives, schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Create a project plan that analyzes the project timeline for the critical path and drives execution of the timeline by utilizing all organic company assets and contract support
- Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, logistics support staff, and engineers to develop a project plan that aligns with client desires, AHJ requirements, and company objectives
- Manage your construction team and provide mentorship and guidance to our project superintendents, foreman, and crew members
- Clearly communicate company policy and objectives to your construction staff
- Reward high performance and issue disciplinary paperwork where required
- Monitor project progress by making regular site visits and ensure progress is reported and recorded in the project management software
- Manage project documentation and reporting including contracts, plans, change orders, QC Reports, punch lists, site progress and labor reporting, and photos
- Support resolution of project issues and conflicts, implementing proactive solutions and mitigation strategies to address challenges and minimize disruptions to project progress
- Adhere to company safety policies and support our culture of a safe working environment
- Stay informed of industry best practices and continuously seeks opportunities for education and professional development for him/herself and the construction team
