POSITION SUMMARY
As the right-hand person to the business owner, you will have a wide range of tasks from project management to onsite construction (mainly but not limited to punchout items between trade partners and final punchout lists). You could be working in our software to schedule trade partners and order materials one day, and traveling to the job site to drop off materials and complete a quality checklist the next. With your strong communication skills, you can effectively work with all parties involved in the build while putting people first.

True Way Homes, LLC is a residential custom home builder located in Granville Ohio, operating in Licking County and the surrounding areas. We are a complete custom builder, meaning we work with various architects, designers, and clients to create one-of-a-kind visions of our clients’ homes to bring to life. Our vision is to make home construction a good and enjoyable process for all people involved. We place a high priority on work/life balance for our team. SKILLS REQUIRED FOR POSITION
- Time spent on residential remodeling or custom home building projects
- High attention to detailed workmanship on job sites
- An understanding of the sequence of events on a high-end construction projects
- Able to communicate clearly with team, trade partners, and clients
- Technical ability in using software such as Google Suite, MS Excel, MS Word, and others
- Prior BuilderTrend experience is a bonus (we use BuilderTrend and are very happy with the platform)
- Owns construction power tools (bonus)
