Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Manager opportunity include:

5+ years of experience in data center development, particularly in hyperscale projects with capacities of 90+ megawatts, and a strong understanding of MEP systems
Experience working collaboratively with general contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders in the development and execution of large-scale projects (e.g., campuses)
Proficiency with project management software such as Bluebeam or Procore is preferred, along with familiarity with Microsoft applications
Must be willing to travel every two weeks for 2-3 days, primarily within Texas but occasionally to Chicago, to oversee MEP installations and transition projects to the fit-out team

Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
