We are on the hunt for a highly skilled and motivated Construction Manager with a specialty in custom homes to join our team. The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our high-end custom homes projects from conception to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all phases of new construction projects for high-end, custom, single-family homes.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to determine the best methods of construction while maintaining high-end quality and design.
- Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring that each phase of the project is on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate and supervise construction crews and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure standards are met.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns or changes in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with all local and national building codes and regulations.
- Manage and mitigate any risks or issues that arise, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Foster a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on new construction of high-end, custom, single-family homes.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role.
- A deep understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
- Excellent knowledge of construction details and quality standards for high-end homes.
- A degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field is preferred.
