Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate and supervise construction teams and subcontractors.
- Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
- Manage project budget, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide regular project updates and address any concerns.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures on the construction site.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is required.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role (+5 years).
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- OSHA certification and knowledge of safety standards and procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong network of subcontractors / trades (preferred)
Salary and Benefits:
- Full Time
- 65k-90k/year commensurate with experience.
