Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction and Maintenance Manager position include:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and property maintenance, with knowledge in Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Carpentry.
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM) a plus but not required.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, schedules, and priorities simultaneously.
Oversee a team of 6 maintenance technicians and ensure high-quality repair and service for residential and commercial properties.
Prepare project scopes, estimates, and schedules while ensuring compliance with local codes and specifications.
Monitor expenditures, prepare purchase orders, and submit justifications for supplies and equipment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Applications, Excel, and job management software; experience with Bluebeam or Procore is a plus.
Ensure proper documentation of all projects, including contracts, photos, and change orders, while delivering excellent customer satisfaction.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
