Seeking a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney newly licensed in TX or 1-3 years of Insurance Defense experience with a focus in Real Estate, Construction Litigation for a premier full-service law firm in San Antonio. This well-established firm is known for providing high quality litigation is looking to bring on the ideal candidate with familiarity working with general contractors/subcontractors in Building, Employment Litigation, HOA, Contract Review, Wage and Hour, Workplace Harassment; Civil Litigation and Insurance Defense. 

Duties and Responsibilities:  

• Investigate, evaluate, settle construction-related loss claims

• 
  

  Draft discovery, requests, responses, legal research

• 
  

  Prepare and argue motions and opposition to motion

• 
  

  Licensed in Texas
