Seeking a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney with minimum 3 years of Insurance Defense experience and exposure to litigation with a focus in Real Estate, Construction Litigation for a premier full-service law firm in San Antonio. This well-established firm is known for providing high quality litigation is looking to bring on the ideal candidate with familiarity working with general contractors/subcontractors in Building, Employment Litigation, HOA, Contract Review, Wage and Hour, Workplace Harassment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Investigate, evaluate, settle construction-related loss claims
Draft discovery, requests, responses, legal research
Prepare and argue motions and opposition to motion
Licensed in Texas
