Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year

Job Description:

A well-established law firm in Los Angeles is seeking a skilled Construction Litigation Attorney with 2-5 years of experience in construction-related disputes. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth within the firm.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in construction-related legal disputes, including but not limited to, contract disputes, construction defects, and project delays.
• Prepare and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Manage cases from inception to resolution, including handling discovery, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and other attorneys to develop effective litigation strategies.
• Attend hearings and trials as needed.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Minimum of 2 years and up to 5 years of experience in construction litigation.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and work collaboratively with a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive salary in the range of $120,000 - $140,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
