Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Litigation Attorney to join our Los Angeles team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in construction disputes, including contract disputes, defect claims, and delay damages. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex construction litigation cases, collaborate with industry-leading professionals, and represent clients in high-stakes matters.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction litigation, including pre-trial motions, discovery, trials, and appeals.
- Provide legal counsel to clients in matters related to construction contracts, defects, and project delays.
- Develop case strategies, conduct legal research, and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Represent clients in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration and mediation proceedings.
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school and admission to the California Bar.
- 4-8+ years of experience in commercial or construction litigation.
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
