Construction Laborer/Forklift Operator - BMI Hospitality Management

Ballard Management, Inc. is a local company building and remodeling hotels in Western Washington. Currently we are looking to add a full time Construction Laborer/Forklift Operator to our team.

Job duties include:

• Removal of scrap drywall and affiliated materials
• Forklift operation
• Sweeping and cleaning
• General site clean up
• Moving furniture
• Organize and clean job site
• Some light carpentry work required

Job requirements:

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Forklift Operator certification/license required - willing to provide training for the right candidate
• Ability to safely lift 50+ lbs
• Able to work a consistent schedule, M-F, 7:30-4pm
