This position will be assigned to our Northern Utah Group, providing support to the field team, assisting on and ensuring a safe worksite on our high-end, custom, luxury projects at Wasatch Peaks Ranch, a private community and club in Utah's Wasatch Mountains, located near Morgan, UT.

• Be willing and able to perform any type of labor
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work

• Understand basic power and hand tools, safety and their use
• Experience reading plans, familiar with construction sites and terminology a plus
• Able and skilled to perform various labor tasks
• Work hard with a willingness to learn
• Follow directions, ask questions and seek tasks
• Have a valid driver's license
