Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Inspector position include:

• 3+ years of structural or civil experience on large construction projects.
• Ability to obtain security clearance and maintain a drug-free status.
• Perform construction observation services to monitor contractor and subcontractor progress.
• Document construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct inspections involving scaffolding, ladders, and other on-site equipment.
• Utilize project management software like Procore for tracking and communication.
• Maintain accurate project records and provide reports to the Project Manager.
• Attend project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.

Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
