Come join us! **Job** **responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Perform daily observation of contractor activities and complete Inspectors Daily Reports. + Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local agency construction administration policies. + Foster a safety culture on the project site. + Inspect, monitor, and oversee construction field work tasks and activities on a project to ensure conformance to plans and specifications. + Read, interpret, and confirm compliance with applicable contract documents. + Perform or oversee on-site material testing. Review plans and specifications to determine material requirements. **Minimum Requirements:** + Three to five (3-5) years' relevant work experience. + Preference to one or more of the following certifications: ICC, ACI, Nuclear Gauge, WABO, WAQTC, and/or CWI + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) + Valid driver's license and a good driving record + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion and navigate uneven construction sites. **Compensation:** $32 - $45 hourly The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state's law.
