The Window People is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee operations and drive success in our replacement windows, doors, awnings, and decks business. As the Manager, you will be instrumental in leading a committed staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and propelling our business forward in both residential and commercial markets.

- Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the team meets productivity and quality standards.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a dedicated staff to achieve goals and uphold company values.
- Customer Focus: Oversee projects to ensure timely completion, superior craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction.
- Project Oversight: Supervise installation teams, track progress, and resolve on-site challenges.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of service by inspecting completed projects and ensuring compliance with client expectations and industry standards.
- Vendor Relationships: Manage vendor partnerships to optimize material quality and delivery timelines.
- Strategic Growth: Identify opportunities to expand into new markets and improve processes for operational excellence.
- Proven experience in the replacement windows, doors, awnings, or decking industry is preferred
- Experience in construction and marketing is required.
- Strong background in sales is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and drive results.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in residential and commercial project management is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with industry safety standards, including OSHA and fall protection guidelines.
- Proficiency in vendor and contractor relationship management.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Simple IRA with matching 3%
