About the Job
Administrative work:
- Uploading documents to software
- Scheduling updates
- Review of documentation
- Compiling and assembling systems manuals
Field Engagement:
- Field walkdowns
- Training on systems and equipment
Day to day activities may also include:
- Reviewing 2D drawings (PNiD’s) for electrical, mechanical, and architectural trades.
- Daily reports containing manpower counts and activities of projects you are overseeing
- Oversee daily inspections from trades on their equipment
- Review packages and know it inside and out
- Schedule meetings and alignments
- Track move in and out schedules of equipment and manpower
- Work closely with the contractors' superintendents to identify and mitigate logistical challenges.
- Extensive integration and communication with numerous vendors and trades in multiple disciplines.
- Resolve conflicts between trades
- Make sure the superintendent has plans and supplies going forward into a project
- Take meeting minutes
- Safety coordination with trade partners
- Organize field walks with owners/trades
- Filling out permits as needed

Requirements:
- Ability to read one-line diagrams and system drawings.
- Must follow proper methods, procedures, and safety precautions.
- Must have MS Office skills.
- AS or BS in Construction Management/Engineering preferred.
- Must have 2+ years semiconductor experience.

Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma.
- Ability to pass required 10-panel drug screening and background check.
- Local candidates only.

- Additional remarks regarding work environment: Chemical hazards are primarily mitigated through engineering controls, but some uncontrolled chemical from incidental spills requiring cleanup evaluation may require use of respirator and other PPE.
- Must be able to wear personal protective equipment, including protective eye wear, hard hat, lab coat, gloves, steel-toed shoes, hearing protection, and respirators.
- Must be able to safely access and traverse indoor and outdoor obstacles for site inspections, including climbing ladders, walking on stairs, catwalks, and other types of uneven surfaces where activity inspections are needed.
