DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

• You have a proven track record in new construction with at least two completed high-end luxury residential projects, $5 million and above.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering or related degree and the combined work experience.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment based on project plans and specifications.
• You can efficiently gather and interpret all relevant information for bids, including site visits, client meetings, drawings, specifications, and addendums.
• Monitor and adjust project costs and prepare reports to ensure financial control for budget management.
• Experience and expertise with Procore and Bluebeam software.

• A luxury commercial and residential General Contractor specializing in complex estate homes, new and renovation/additions.

COMPENSATION

• Competitive compensation package, with a salary of up to $110,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
