This is a full-time W2 position, with no subcontracting or C2C.

Responsibilities:

• Review source data including engineering documents Work with Volume III Lead to develop estimating plan and handbook.

• Identify scope of work areas that require subcontract support or specially engineered equipment, and work with Supply Chain to write specifications and obtain pricing.

• Identify scope of work areas that require subject matter expertise, and work with Proposal Manager to identify appropriate SMEs. Select appropriate estimate methodologies.

• Oversee development of detailed estimates. Participate in review process and ensure comments and feedback are implemented.

Qualifications:

• Twenty-five years of experience in engineering, construction, operations, estimating, scheduling, project controls, proposal development, and/or project management

• Experience developing multi-billion-dollar cost estimates

• Specific experience leading cost estimates for heavy industrial (e.g., chemical processing, oil and gas) and/or nuclear facilities

• Four-year degree. Candidates not meeting the education requirements may be considered based on additional relevant experience.
